Caller: Andrupal Sounded convincing and legit until the free bonus would come with an invoice! How they know health details about you would probably indicate illegal access to medical records.

Caller: (02) 7908 5336 Similar - Said they were surveying the women in my area about health issues. When I told them I ran marathons, was of normal weight and didn't have arthritis or diabetes they finished the call. I challenged them about being a possible scammer but he was very polite and partially convincing. Anyway i didn't give any personal details and he didn't ask for any - perhaps might have tried to sell me something if I said I had a health problem I don't know.

Caller: Kevin Walton (with an Indian accent) they called me about the same time and suggested I purchase Fenugreek oil. Like a fool I did and then read about them on the internet and said they capsules are good for mothers feeding babies and can enlarge your breasts!! I don't want that when you are over 70 years of age!! So I still have them in the packet and they have rung me up twice since to see if I,ve taken them. I hadn't as I was about to have an operation. All a bit sus. I'd say.I also thought it was an Australian firm.

Caller: My Health Care, Wellness Centre Asked many questions. Suggested that cinnamon and turmeric would help me and discussed my health issues. Very cleverly led to the wonders of seabuck berry oil and how it could help me. Shaun said he would continue phoning to make sure I kept taking the capsules. When it came to discussing my credit card I realised in time that this was not a genuine government department.

Caller: A male caller, good English but with possibly an asian accent. Didn't catch a name. Calling from "My Health Care". Initially thought I was a senior and wanted to know details of any health ailments. Was asking questions to try elicit more personal information until after about ten minutes he hung up when I refused to give my first name.

Caller: Indian sounding lady, called my by my Surname, Mrs M...... Asked if I had any cancer, told her that I have Metastatic Breast Cancer. She asked if I was on Chemo, or Radiotherapy and I told her that my heart has been damaged by radiation and I am terminal - but not worried about it. It left her no where to go, so she said that I sounded well and not as old as my 82 years and hung up. I wasn't lying, it is the truth but it at least got rid of her!! She sounded genuinely sorry.

Caller: John Said he was from "My Health" which I thought was part of my HCF membership which I have spoken to many times. Asked all these health questions which I thought he would have known if he was with HCF. Very friendly and not push until the end when he said I should try Sea Buck Berry in pill form. I asked is there a fee, which there was of course, but I get it cheaper being a pensioner. I said I will ask around before any purchase - then John hung up!!! What a scam.

Caller: Edna Long conversation with Edna, she mentioned My Health Care, part of the government, lots of questions about health, at the end of the conversation she mentioned sea buck berry oil tablets. Not easy to find at chemists only available through Wellness Centres. Then asked for cc details. I said I didn't have one and that I would only pay for goods on an invoice. She also wanted email address. Also said she would call back after a month or so. An Indian accent - but not pushy.
