Caller: michelle from www.MYHEALTHCARE LTD.CO Be careful and do not begin any conversation with these smooth talking people. Very convincing and make out they are a representation of our Australian Health care and working in that line and surveying the aged health in the area. I received a call from this company. They knew my name and address and were very convincing. I ended up purchasing Seabuck berry $149. Once I realised my mistake I rang them back and cancelled the order. After a lot of threatening they gave me a credit. My advice, don't be rail roaded. Hang up.

Caller: Edna My mother lives on a farm an hour west of Tamworth, she ordered a product in February 2020, in June another order turned up that was around $400 dollars worth that she didn’t order, I rang the phone number and was assured they wouldn’t ring her again and my mother said she was happy to keep the product, cc was meant to be canceled which didn’t happen and two days ago another arrived that wasn’t ordered, I contacted company and they say my mum ordered it. When I phoned in June I spoke to a Nancy Davies and she assured me they wouldn’t call again. Today the lady I spoke to told me my mum is a bit forgetful as I had said earlier but probably doesn’t remember ordering, they are taking advantage of people, they say they don’t keep a record of cc numbers , my mum lives on a farm ,if I rang and asked her for her cc number it would take 15minutes for her to find it. These people are leeches, yes mum ordered the first lot but not the next two, if you have ever ordered from them get a block on your card , there excuse is your mother doesn’t remember and we delivered the product

Caller: 'Anna Johnson' (same phone number as 'Victoria Davis' reported earlier 02.8412.8250) Claimed she was with Senior Citizens & Pensioners Health Service, My Health Care, checking on the health of the elderly and how they are coping during the Corona Virus Epidemic. Gives the impression it is a Govt. service. Asked many questions regarding my health and finally to offer sale of Seabuck Berry Oil. Indian accent.

Caller: lady caller Amber with Indian type accent I think She also said she was doing a seniors health survey of ailments and advice to all people in this age range. She was very nice but I asked to have a call back number for another time, which she supplied willingly. I really wanted to see if it was a scam, maybe a FB warning should go out to all regarding yet another one wanting our details? I won't be calling back.

Caller: Olivia Caller seemed to have prior knowledge of my health and I assumed official contact from a seniors health department. Very pleasant, chatty and seemed genuine. Suggested a natural product “ Metanoia” would be beneficial for my several ailments. Was keen to proceed with ordering and arranging payment but baulked at my suggestion to consult my GP before going ahead. Eventually I hung up. An emailed invoice and thank you arrived. Will not be proceeding.

Caller: Aaron Fernandez (Indian accent) Very smooth talker, he didn’t manage to convince me when he rang, told him I don’t buy without doing research first, he gave the website and a number to ring when I was ready to order (metanoia, for arthritis). 2 days later he rang me back demanding to know why I hadn’t put in an order. I told him I didn’t think I needed it, after which he began shouting abuse at me, so loudly that he was unintelligible. He was furious, and by that time, so was I, so I put the phone down on him. Don’t listen to anyone from this company.
