This is a virtual number and it is most likely used by some organisation who does not want to be called back to . When I tried to call back to it, I had received a "this is not a valid number" message.

Caller: Energy Sales Beware. I kinda got scammed by giving my consent to change my Electricity Plan to the same provider but a different plan.
