Caller: Scammers "We are calling you today from LED Upgrades, as part of a government initiative." Possibly an initiative of the Indian government to get more work for their scam-for-hire call centres?
Unfortunately I couldn't get any more information as I would've loved to have given the real company details to the ACMA for prosecution - but he abruptly hung up when I asked him "which government initiative would that be?"
