Answering machine picked it up, they just said hello, hello until the answering machine stopped recording. Obviously were not listening when my message played out.

Phone rang, answered it, no one answered. Called back number, got an automated voice stating the number you have called is not in service. Scam

Rings and then hangs up.

Said nothing, another scam or some such.
