Hung up when I answered with my name. I called back but Telstra advised not connected. Same number called back a few hours later. This time I picked up but said nothing and caller hung up.

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

When I think a number is a scam, I answer the call but don't say anything - I wait for them to talk. This caller hung up, so I believe it is a scam or robo caller.
