Indian scammer calling regarding electricity bill

I think this number is scams, because there's no call back

I have been getting multiple calls from this and similar number a starting with 9052 for months. Supposedly from an energy company but when I tell them I’m off grid I then get them for a solar company.

Called and did not left a message

Claimed to be from energy savers I asked for best kw hr rates and put in black and white and post out but scammers never do

Suspect scam call - no message left

Received a call from this number. Returned the call. Optus advised the number was disconnected.

Received call but did not answer. Called back and message said 'Your call could not be connected' so possibly a robocall

Hung up when call went to VM. Rang number and got message "your call could not be connected. Please check the number and try again" - scam !!!
