Caller: Winnie from Microsoft

I got a call from this number today stating they were Microsoft and that our licenses are running out.
After what i see on here I think I'll do some more research before i call them back!

Caller: "Microsoft"

Woman claiming to be called Shini from Microsoft, introducing herself as our account manager for licenses with microsoft.
Then asked to speak with the IT manager. If she was legit, she'd be able to provide the IT Manager's name.
Could here the call centre in the background.

spam. answer and get put on hold or hung up on.

3 rings and it hangs up, barely enough time to even pick up the phone, and if this is like many other if you do manage to pick up no answer and they hang up anyway.

Calls regularly- several times a day starting from 8am and no one ever speaks when I answer. I am currently registered on the do not call list too
