Robo call claiming to be from PapPal and that a payment was going to be charged to my account unless I.... I hung up at that point.

I called back number (02) 9051 2521 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

It was an unknown number; I used the 'airplane mode' trick to make it appear their phone call failed. Looking at other responses, I think I did the right thing.

Called and it was a online trading company universal markets

Called stating that I was in debt of $9

Caller: I don't know

Did not pick up do to the amount of spam calls I get lately. Left no message. Based on other reports of this number, I am pretty sure is a phishing scam. Feel free to ignore and keep an eye on your PayPal/ eBay transactions yourself.

Says someone using my phone number to purchase on eBay.

Caller: (02) 9051 2521

Answered the call and an automated female voice said they were calling from eBay and that a $200-something payment was made successful. Hung up straight after hearing it

Saying I would get charged money from my account and asked me to wait to speak with someone

Said they were from ebay, and i needed to confirm a $299 transaction

Picked up this call. Robo scam call claiming to be from PayPal

Saying they going to charge my account for something. Didn’t hear the start. Hung up straight away
