Got a call from this number and a guy asked for me by name. Really bad connection and couldn't understand a word and eventually they hung up. I tried calling back... but not sure what it is???

Somebody called me from this number twice and they are really weird when I speak to them - Not sure who it is ..

Jackpot City staff are in South Africa which may explain some peoples difficulty in understanding.
I was disconnected from their "live chat" help and received an email wanting to continue to resolve the issue I was having.(I had already reconnected and spoke to another staff member).
They have since tried calling.
Nothing to worry about.
Actually very good customer service.
(It looks like it is routed through a Sydney exchange so I assume no international charges for returning the call)

I called back number (02) 9038 0481 just kept on ringing no one answered the call and never got any voice mail.
