I am currently investigating this. Can you please tell me what you "registered" for and where this was?

Super rude! I said to the man twice that I was not interested in finance and am currently at work.
He was extremely rude and said "why did you register, you are wasting everyones time"
He quoted my email address but had my name wrong so I'm going to presume it's spam or scam.
