Received call from man who stated he was from Coles Financial Services (9037-2532), I questioned his authentication by which he confirmed by stating my credit limit, credit available, date and amount of last payment. I was not expecting anyone other than Coles Financial Services employee to have this information, he then rattled on about a cash loan/advance at favourable interest rate which I was not interested. I asked for him to post information, he said he couldn’t as the offer was for such a short period. He sounded like a nice Australian male. This phone call left me with a niggling thought about it authenticity, so here I am in this web site. I only gave Coles Financial Services my mob number a couple of weeks ago at their request for security reason, not to be harassed. Obviously Coles Financial Services has not been listening to the Royal Commission into Banking, so has not learnt what has gone on during the Royal Commission. I have had this credit card since the 1970’s when it was a ‘Grace Brothers’ store credit card, it has had several name changes over the years. I will remove my mob number from their records, at least if they send scam emails they will go into spam. My greatest fear is will Coles Financial Services has on sold on my mob number and my financial details to other like scam/spam like companies. I will just have to get a new mob number again, it’s a shame Coles Financial Services has shown its self to be untrustworthy in my eyes..!

Caller: Coles Financial Services They rang me 8 times over a two week period and not leaving a message each time. I did ring Coles Financial Services who told me that I am eligible for a "promotion". They are offering me the balance of my credit card amount as a loan. I did say that I am on the Do Not Call Register. Sarah, the operative, didn't comment about it, maybe she doesn't know what that is. She asked me if I wanted to opt out of any marketing and promotions. I confirmed that I did. Citibank have taken over Coles Financial Services. Time to find another credit card!

Never leave a message and call several times a day. These unsolicited calls should be made illegal. I don't wish to deal with one company only to have personal information onsold to these pests and used for possible scams. I try not to answer calls from interstate numbers, and definitely not overseas numbers, unless I'm actually expecting to hear from someone.

Have just received a call from this number, 5pm 25/9/18.
I googled this number and people have said it was from Coles Financial Services.
I contacted Coles Financial Services and they were good enough to look up an internal list, the consultant said that number was NOT on their list and would be forwarded onto their IT security team.
Be cautious!

Caller: Cole Financial Services Agree with earlier comments - heavily accented, hard to understand; unsolicited call (yes I do have a Coles Mastercard, but I don't need a loan). Had to cut the call short as I was at work.

Caller: Call from (02) 9037 2532 Appears to be from a call centre in Philippines (could make out from the ascent). Said she was calling from Coles financial services to discuss some exclusive offer available to coles mastercard customers. I smelt something suspicious and told her that I am not interested in any offer and asked her to send the offer through my online banking portal or my registered email account so that I can login and check the offer before I can accept anything. Nothing came through yet.
