I believe it is someone saying that they represent Citibank. I find it hard to believe that they would hire someone with such a poor Aussie accent - very hard to understand. Told him not to call again.....I don't think he understood so I've blocked the number.

I Find so difficult to understand their bank staff. I don't think they know what they do and bad communicate in between department. Don't go to this bank if you have money to bank in or out. credit card. use some other bank more better than with them
