Good old Citibank. And they call this smart marketing? LOL

Citibank - you make payment one day late despite a solid payment record and they hound you every time. Poor effort. Get a better customer rating system Citibank!

I received a call from this number but no one talking to me.

Claimed to be calling from Citibank. Asked for my personal details over the phone. Surely a scam!

Claimed to be Citibank (I do have my credit card with them). Called me to offer something, bit vague... asked if i could see the number on my phone display. Then wanted 'partial details' to verify who I was - asked for my month of birth. I felt uncomfortable with the questions, so asked her to clarify why she was calling, then said I was not interested.
Not saying it wasn't Citibank, but have heard of scams where people get you to say 'yes' and provide some key information about yourself so they can steal your identity and create dummy accounts etc.

They have called 6 times since 7th November. I do not answer it but when I call the number back the message is: Thank you for calling. We tried calling you on behalf of Citibank. It is not an urgent matter and will try again later.
