Scammers Brian Bok from Telstra (Indian accent) rang saying my IP address had been hacked.
Asked me to turn off all computers, I said I can't because I'm working from home. He spoke fast and convinced he is a genuine telstra staff with ID number BC5261. I couldn't trust him, I just hung up.

Scammer pretending to be from Telstra (Indian) - phone line used was (03) 9749 1023 but when asked for his office number so I could confirm Telstra he gave me (02) 9037 1973. ID number o fDC5261 said IP address hacked at 2.20am with 2 people in area having access to my phone line nothing to do with internet or phone but using my data. Very persistent asked him what I am meant to do about it and he told me he was going to talk me through downloading a bunch of reports which would prove he was not lying and that he is from a covert team at Telstra hahaha

Paul Roxwood with a heavy Indian accent rang claiming to be from Telstra Technical Department - Customer care. He gave an ID of TLD56993C, Funny his name was used on another report on this page but different "Employee number". He claimed three people were stealing my internet without my permission and Telstra needed to take legal action on my behalf. I told him I would ring him back. Scammers - Why don't they get a real job? Instead of annoying everyone else

Strong Indian Accent from Call centre. Said he was from Telstra NBN and that my IP address has been hacked by 2 people. Gave me their names and address and said they were trying to access my internet at 2 am. Gave Employee ID of TL5261. I told him I was busy and would ring back but he was persistent in trying to get me to resolve the issue now. Once he found out that it was a business phone he hung up.

I think he said his name was Alex but heavy Indian accent. Gave me an employee ID No. 699501. Said my NBN had been hacked by 3 different people. Gave me the names and addresses. Wanted to send out someone to check my modem and change it if found to be faulty. It has just started to rain here but I didn't fall in the last shower. Hung up.

An Indian sounding guy claimed to be from Telstra. He said that my phone line was going to be cancelled. He threatened to reverse charge me for the call. Persisted to say I have some kind of computer with technical problems. Told me he wanted to speak to my wife. (I'm not married) I told him that the only internet connected device I have is a fridge...

He got sh*tty eventually and hung up.

Total scammer tried to say he was from telstra. He tried to get my Mum's bank account details and Facebook login. BEWARE!!!

Indian guy from Telstra claiming that someone from overseas was connected to our IP address. He left us his Telstra ID and name and number and he asked to call him back 😂😂sure thing. Scam

Scammers from Telstra (Indian version) rang saying my IP address had been hacked.
Asked me to ring back on this number to speak to Shaun Smith.

Heavy accented person rang claiming to represent NBN but was really from Telstra Service Centre. My ip address had been hacked but he got the address wrong. Claimed that he would ring back in 2 hours. Oh I hope not. Gave me his name and id number - sure. I rang Telstra to advise them that they were being used as the center for this scam but was told that they knew about it. The scary thing is that I was told that the police could not be called in as they were overseas and the 02 number was a front.
