Caller: I don't know, they spoke to quick to even understand

It was a man with a Indian accent. They tried to convince me that it was for a paid survey, (in relation to my investments - which I have non lol), and I have also never signed up for anything btw.
I'm registered on the 'do not call register', .. so when I said that I was not interested they kept pushing that its not marketing and kept pushing. I eventually had to just hang up and block this number not to get harassed again.
