Got a call from thi snumber and they were Divine.... I believ it was Kath and she was so helpful and very understanding to my delivery requirments..... She was exceptional.... was a greater service from this courier company then DELL has given to me.

- This is actually a call from Schenker which is the logistics group.- They are trying to arrange a delivery time.- Could be regarding a Dell, HP and a few other companies that use them.- Call them back on 029361199 with your order number.- No idea why on earth they would use a ID that you can't call back on is this worse than having a private id???

I just took a call from this number - the lady said she was confirming a courier call out to deliver my Dell laptop tomorrow, but wouldn't give the name of the company she worked for directly.  I'll have to assume the suggestions above are true.But, I can confirm it's about deliveries.
