Scam - not actually Vodafone, went into store to get them to stop calling me as I receive calls from this number regularly - Vodafone informed me they have no record of any calls to my number and that they have now put a block on calling me - still receive calls from the scam pretending to be Vodafone

Caller: Vodafone Vodafone offering plan upgrades and discounts. If you are unsure of the legitimacy and don't want to hand over your account pin you can request that they send you a text message. Vodafone will then send you a confirmation text stating that you are talking to one of their representatives and it comes from the same number that messages you to notify you of your bill each month. This is the best way to confirm if you are actually speaking to Vodafone or not

Missed call. Reading the comments it's a Vodafone number. I'm skeptical. Pretty sure some scammers know how to make it look like a different number calling. Would voda really ask for your pin? If I ever picked up calls I don't recognise (which I don't). I would hang up and verify with voda myself if I was interested, looking up a number for them for myself too. Really can't be too careful of all these scammers around.

Answered call and received beep/screech plus a lag in time. They asked for me so without identifying myself I asked who was calling, she identified as calling from Vodaphone, to offer me a bundling offer. When I said we had already done that in the last month, she backed off quickly and we ended the call mutually. Never did confirm that I was who she asked for, but surely she would be able to see what plan I was on if she was actually from Vodaphone.

It was Vodafone offering a new plan. Wanted my security credentials which I didn’t provide so it was a waste of both our time.

Called me again today, their basically Telly marketers working for Vodafone. I could not follow or understand the caller at all, spoke 100 miles per hr indian accent. They are a bloody nuisance I have re-blocked the number. Annoyed with Vodafone.
