A few calls over past couple of days, just rings, no one on other end, and if I don’t answer they don’t leave a message.

I do not answer unknown callers so really appreciate this service. In this case, I happen to be a Vodaphone customer of over 30 years however, will be changing my carrier if these calls continue

Caller: Vodafone Australia Called asking me to change my phone account. I declined simply because I had no proof that this was in fact Vodafone and not a scammer.
Only afterwards did I cross check the call number with the List of phone numbers I found on the Vodafone Australia Website.
https://www.vodafone.com.au/support/notify/customer-care. Title of page is "Phone numbers and email addresses we use to call, SMS and email our customers"
Seems to be a Legit Customer Service number, but who is going to deal with anyone who cold calls from a unknown number with a Indian Accent simply due to the number of Scam calls originating from India.
But don't believe me, I'm just a random internet comment, check with Vodafone for yourself.

Caller: Vodafone Advertisements 100% Spam. I called back to tell them to stop calling me but they continue to call me for adverts. How is this even legal for vodafone.

Caller: Vodafone Bumphit from Mumbai Apparently it is Vodafone and they sent you a AUVODAFONE test message, regardless I contacted vodafone and they confirmed it was from their team. Regardless they should not be calling people asking for details, this is making Vodafone business look very bad because the behaviour are similiar to that of a scam caller. I most likely will be switching provider after this incident.

Caller: Vodafone This appears to be an automated dialler that Vodafone uses to call their customers. It has tried to call me quite often (eg, last Friday, then Saturday, then three times on Tuesday), but when you answer the call (but don't speak), nothing happens. However, if you speak, it tries to connect you to a call centre employee, who then tries to tel you about some bundle or deal, etc. I have politely asked them to update my customer records so they won't call me like this anymore. It's just annoying.

They only have themselves to blame. If they don’t want to be treated badly then stop scamming

Called me multiple times but no message on voicemail (aside from keyboard tapping). If this is a legit business call, why not leave voicemail? Therefore i consider as scam.
