Caller: An operator from Vodafone I called to cancel my Vodafone Internet and everything went well. In repeated occasions the operator told me that the whole process was over and if I had any other questions. To what I asked: is everything done? And he replied Yes. A couple of minutes later he called me requesting my PIN Number to finish the cancellation process. I asked why you need that I can’t tell you my PIN. And the idiot went and asked: well I’m gonna need your full name, driver license, and date of birth. To what I said NO. Then he said trust me I’m from Vodafone. That last comment did it for me and I said thank you I’ll go to a Vodafone shop and restart the cancellation process again. Total scam of course!!! At Vodafone shop they told the cancellation was processed so he was obviously using Vodafone phone number to commit fraud. Watch out people scammers with an Indian accent! No offence.

Caller: Scammer I received a call from this number today. The woman on the other end asked for my pin and said she was from Vodafone. I asked why she was calling me but she said she would only tell me after I told her my pin. She also said she'd send me a text to prove she was from Vodafone but never received the text because I hung up immediately.

Caller: Its deffinantly the real Vodafone I called vodafone on there customer service number in my phone to get my service was barred. Nice bloke from india said he would ring back in half an hour with results ended up ringing back not even 2 minutes later from this number with great news.
Deffinantly a legitimate Vodafone number and not a scam. But it seems some of the indian workers have been using the numbers to scam peoples IDs to get new phones, so it could be just workers gone rogue using the number.

Caller: Vodafone Customer Care I called Vodafone as I had an MMS issue, the call dropped out and they called back on that number, so it is a legitimate Vodafone call. Because they're are only 11 complaints maybe they simply dialled a wrong number.
