This number called me twice and I didnt answer. I can see from the messages on here that it is a scam via Vodafone...something seems very odd though, as I had called them earlier today about my phone plan...

Caller: (02) 9015 3555 The Vodafone website promotes this number as being their own number. So it is legit. Look for yourselves. https://www.vodafone.com.au/support/contact/customer-care

Caller: (02) 9015 3555 claiming to be Vodafone Caller (Male from India) claiming to be from Vodafone. Because my plan is nearly up, he said he wants to give me a better deal. They have also sent a text to verified that they are from Vodafone. So I gave him my PIN (Silly me), but he was a bit pushy with the offer so I said I need to check with other offers out there before I decide. So he said can I call you when you have done your research. Once I've read info on this site, I rang Vodafone and changed my PIN. Vodafone has also confirmed that "(02) 9015 3555" is not their number. But on the Vodafone website, it is a legit number ??? "https://www.vodafone.com.au/support/contact/customer-care" . I don't know what to believe anymore. But to be safe don't give them any information when asked as you don't know if they are legit or not.

Caller: (02) 9015 3555 The fact that the caller from this number can appear to text you from the same number you have been getting your other Voda notifications is not proof. I'm pretty sure that a half decent scammer can 'spoof' that number and send you a text appearing to also be from the legitimate Voda messaging number ...and your mobile phone will organise it in line with all of the other legit Voda messages. If this was actually a Voda subcontractor call centre, they are failing miserably. Do not give out your pin.

Left a voicemail i could barely understand. Knew my name but didn't announce themselves so only know they are possibly from Vodafone from this site. Left a number to call back their 'customer service' which I couldn't understand. They want to look after my needs. 🤣 Guess I miss out then. Oh dear

Call claiming to be Vodafone saying my mobile connection is due to be terminated, etc, etc. A definite scam as I do not even have a Vodafone service.

Caller: Vodafone Not a scam, but originally thought it was. This is very bad news for Vodafone’s reputation- if they think this will set them apart then good luck. Based on this list alone they’re just pissing off their own customers- great approach - but what’s the real cost?

Caller: Vodafone Its Vodafone, i asked them to verify that they are actually Vodafone. He sent me a TXT and i received it to where i usually get my Vodafone TXT from. Then I called Vodafone after and they can verify that TXT was sent from the same system at the exact same time as well. It's a way for them to verify themselves.

Caller: Call Centre It is a scam. They said they were from Vodafone and said i had requested a call back. I didnt request a call back and i disconnected from them after someone hacked my account and ordered a new phone under my name. They asked me for my full name and pin number - probably so they could scam me again (it was defiantely an inside job). I told the lady i wasnt with vodafone and to never call my number again. she apologised and said she wouldnt.

Caller: Vodafone Called Vodafone recently about an issue I was having using their app and then today received a call from (02) 9015 3555. Person asked me to confirm my first name, which I did, and then attempted to help me troubleshoot the problem. They didn't ask me for any other confirmation and had a good understanding of the problem I reported to Vodafone a few days ago. Unfortunately were unable to fix the issue, but they were definitely from Vodafone

Caller: Vodafone They called me regarding a coverage complaint that I made earlier in the day. They asked for my PIN in order to verify the person they called. How stupid can they be. Told them I would not give them my PIN. So they told me to call 1555 to get an update. The idiots called me, if they cannot verify me in other ways then we are at a stalemate.
