Caller: Optus English guy Lee Amazing....
I have been dealing with Lee for so long that l really can’t remember when he it all started however it feels like 10yrs plus....
It first stated with Lee contacting me just as a courtesy call to advise that my simple little phone plan was up and if l was thinking of upgrading to let him know... No pushy sales techniques, no script reading just genuinely helpful, down to earth considerate person.
Over the years my simple little phone turned to tablet devices, several in-fact, business phone and family members also being looked after by the one and only Lee!!!!!!!
If l can’t deal with Lee then l really can’t be bothered dealing with anyone else at Optus...
In this day in age we lack time, energy and information... Lee understands how crazy busy l am and never try’s to push anything my way always asking if it’s a good time to chat... The one person from Optus that will always get a call back from me because l know it’s going to be something worth my while...
Lee, Always helpful, Always happy, Always going out of his way to do the best for his customers needs!!! Always honest and goes above and beyond...
I worry that one day l won’t get a call from Lee because someone as great as him surly is being recognised for career growth... As sad as that would be for me and all the Lee fans out there, l would be extremely happy for him.... Because he deserves it..
Lee you are and always outstanding which is really an understatement. I know l thank you all the time but from the bottom of my heart a massive thank you.
You seriously make my crazy busy life a little less hectic knowing that one phone call regarding our devises are sorted....

Caller: Optus Customer Service - Lee Contacted me regarding my mobile being ready for an upgrade, I usually spend $100 on my plans, now I am left spending $145 due to Lee telling me my new ipad was free.
Don't trust this guy or this team.

Told us he is changed our plan to the same as our old plan and we have just received a bill for $230 instead of usual $49. Be careful when dealing with this number.
