I’ve posted on this forum a few times, just wandering if anyone has been successful in getting any compensation, my husband and I had to file for bankruptcy because of this disgusting man,so many people faced financial ruin getting involved with him and optima, would be nice to know if someone has managed to get something back

I bought a property also through Optima wealth solutions which also halved in value within the first few years and I was promised follow up for years but they have got their money and dumped me .I have been financially ruined by this company and will never recover as with a previous poster I am also 62 and now don't know what the future holds ,

I am so sick to my stomach reading these comments. I used to work for these con artists and bullied to the maximum. After looking at the figures Peter Ramsay was inflating the prices up to $200k. I resigned but luckily contacted all my clients to warn off buying from them to avoid financial ruin. In the meantime the boss lives it up in luxury in a mansion on the Gold Coast. Karma will come around. If not today tomorrow is around the corner.

I resigned when I saw how his customers .. his tactics which he wanted staff to cover him for and complaints from purchasers ..directed to him personally were just ignored and how they were treated.
Peter Ramsay is a crook. He has been a crook for many many years. Originally he was marketing for a now bankrupted building company. Where he was leading the property prices by another 20k.His partner in crime went to prison for 3.5 years.
Ramsay still operates behind a gated community in Sanctuary Cove in Qld.
He is an absolute crook. Steer well away. He has been continually trying to recruit unsuspecting genuine licensed sales staff. He himself should not be allowed a licence. He is a total disgrace to the property industry ..

Bought a property in Roma Queensland for $ 364 000 , got $405 000 approved by Commonwealth Bank , I get half the rent promised , and the property is worth about $264 000 ! would love to see Peter Ramsey again ! Grrrr !

I was sold a investment property in Blacks Beach 2013 with a rental of $600 PW, never recived this amount rent is now $300 pw property is over $250,000 less than we borrowed.
I feel very sick the figures presented to me at their presentation would have been correct if they placed brackets with them showing the loss.
I am over 65 and now look like loosing my own home thanks to them at times feel like committing suicide Thanks for nothing you con men

I got sucked right into Optima homes ,worse thing I ever done ,bought in blacks beach ,rent covers half morgage ,value of home is worth less then half I paid ,I'm now selling my home because of them Scum bags ,ps they approached me via the phone not telling me what it was really about ,....we're gd talkers there rep ....

I got conned via a phone call ended having a very smooth talking Optima Wealth representative 2.5 yrs ago now I purchased a property in blacks beach worth way less now then what I paid by 280 ,000 loss ,biggest con artists once I signed I did not get told I had 2 wks to cancel ,plus when Peter Hart rang me he gave me 3 yrs rent bk as i was at that early stage regetting my decision ,which now well require me to sell my perth property to take pressure off the large morgage I have over there

I was approached by via phone call from Optima wealth ,got sucked in my home is worth 200 Iit costed me 480,000,I'm going to be selling my home to reduce the morgage on this rip off property I'm a sole half owner of my perth property ,lost a lot of sleep stupitis the mistake of my life, I knew there must be others also burnt ,how do they get away with this ....

Bought a property in Mackay based on the professional advice from Optima. Rent and value of property has dropped, out of pocket every month just to make up loan repayments. I was told that this would not happen from the sales guy, Aaron Collins who does not work for them anymore. I want them to take some responsibility for the bad advice they provided me with, and now I'm left out of pocket.
What about you, where did you buy?

I to have had a very dramatic down turn in my financial situation. to the point that the only solution I have is probably bankruptcy.
I have been struggling with this and paid the extra consequence, these being excessive stress, disruption to my superannuation, enormas financial strain totally atributed and totally caused by by this company. When trying to get answers I was blocked by their email server and show disrespect and not even "we will fix it" I was however given the name of the building supervisor and was told the it was a @#!@#up by him but again not an offer to right the wrongs
