Just received a phone call from this number claiming to be from telstra, and how they are going to reduce my bill to $49 per month.

every single bit of info they had about me was outdated, so when I said if you have some offer send me in writing...he got pushy.

then when i said i dont believe you are from telstra as every bit of info you have told me is wrong - he became abusive and hung up on me. calling back leads me to ths ipp tech voice mail.

just got a call from this number claiming to be Optus. They are offering some vague promotion to reduce my telco costs. The caller (Tina) had no details of mine, so certainly not from Optus.
