Hi,
I just got a call from this number. They asked for a staff member who I said to them is on leave. The lady said she was from TPG Internet and wanted to speak to her (the staff member) about an unpaid invoice.
Where I work we don't use TPG Internet so I am very sceptical

Just got a call from this number about my 'outstanding September invoice'; checked my account online and I don't have any outstanding invoices.
99.5% sure it's a scam.

I just had one. Picked up the phone and said Hi and all I heard was noise in the background. Waited a minute and they still didn't say anything so I hung up.

I too received two calls from this number within a ten minute span. I also received a text supposedly from tpg saying what I spend on my monthly phone bill. It was incorrect and I ignored it.

I have a soul mobile and received a call from that number. When I answered they hung up.

hey guys got a call from this number for the past 3 weeks it is soul customer service. They offered me my existing plan (contract is over) of $50 for $20. Sounds great so i was proceeding confirming details then they came to my credit card details, sounded awfully suss so i told her i dont want to give that over the phone and she told me to log onto tpg and fill out the form on there. All in all i think it is legit however soul needs to work on their customer service, there are better ways of approaching this. It also helps not to use a person that sounds like an indian robot, her robotic voice was irritating me. In fact i might go look at some new phones this weekend with a different providers just based on the annoying calls and company that comes across as very unprofessional. On the topic of soul phones, do you guys have a really short time that the phone actually rings before they throw the people calling you into voice mail? any one know how to extend this time?
Anne
They rang me to confirm all my details, including asking me to tell them my credit card number. I refused. 3 times. The Indian robot you wrote of tried to reassure me it was all above board and just TPG updating Soul Communications data after a take over. If they have the data then I expect them to be able to me what my credit card number is. It may be legit, but it sure sounded suss. I'm just ignoring them now. If they cancel my contract I'll just take my business elsewhere.

today, received call from (02) 9007 7000. call to change mobile providers. i informed the caller that my number is registered on the "do not call list" and hung up.yesterday was called 3 times in the morning by (02) 9007 7155. i always missed the call, and they never left a message. 2 days ago i received an odd text telling me what i spend on mobile service. i deleted it upon receipt, but now i suspect these are all related.
