It is wspa, the animal welfair guys

i too received this call not to long ago and tried to call back but it doesn't connect??

When i try to return the call to see who it is, it does not connect. I am guessing its a charity if i am unable to return the call.

I just answered, they say they ar Wspa, the animal protection charity, who I have given money to in the past, so could be legit.

If you answer this call they hang up???

Same with me it's so frustrating!

Does anybody know this number that keeps calling me? I keep missing the call and then when I try and return the all it doesn't connect - just the dial tone?
