This company is a very large and legitimate mail order company - I received a call because I had returned an item for exchange with a higher value and needed to pay the difference. Innovations is an excellent company to deal with.

I didn't recognise the number and initially declined the call. After checking it on the internet, I called them back and the recorded voice identified them as Innovations. They sell stuff online and by catalogue. I had ordered an item but had forgotten to state what size, so their call was legitimate. Business concluded satisfactorily.

I called back number (02) 9004 4440 reached voice mail for a company called Innovation Values.

Rang at 8:45 on a Saturday morning! No message left, so obviously a scammer!

Rang, went through to voicemail. Message left contained only silence
