People you place in your contacts list will get through as usual but anyone with a private / withheld number or a number that is not in your contacts list will hear this message; CALLS TO THIS NUMBER ARE BEING MONITORED BY TELSTRA GUARDIAN; PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND THEN PRESS # AND WE WILL CONNECT YOUR CALL. You will then have the option of either accepting or rejecting the call.

I called back number (02) 9003 4369 reached voice mail for a company called RSPCA regarding a fund raising raffle.

Voice said "this is the National Australia Bank with an important message for { my full name - please press 1] "- I did not press 1.

Caller: Insight Holdings

A company paid to annoy people into making donations to legitimate charities. It's unfortunate the tactics are a nuisance so I have blocked the number and will no longer donate.

I called back number (02) 9003 4369 reached voice mail for a company called RSPCA.

I didn't answer the call. They have called me at least 12 times in the last couple of months and I have never answered, yet they keep trying. I will ask the ACMA to ask them to take me off their call list.

Didnt identify. Trying to get money

I received a call from that number and it was the RSPCA selling lottery tickets....

Have blocked the number but keep getting messages to say I've missed a call. Have texted them say STOP but it still keeps happening. If I had thought about donating I won't now because they are just nuisances!

This is from the RSPCA to raise funds for animal welfare.

RSPCA fundraising, I wish they would stop, there are alot more issues in the world going on right now.

Called back. Answering machine stating they are fundraising.

Have called me up to 4 times a day, around 5/7 days a week for the last YEAR. On numerous occasions I have answered and ask them to please stop calling me. Alas, they still call.

Called back and says RSPCA but wouldn't necessarily trust that it is

They are absolute scum. DON'T ANSWER.

rspca. asked them to take me off their list but they keep calling. they dodge direct answers when i am trying to ask whatbthey are selling. bloody annoying.
