Caller: Uber driver Came up on my phone as suspected spam however they did leave a voice message. It was the Uber driver, I called back as I did order Uber so it wasn't out of the blue. He just wanted to confirm my address. All good.

Caller: Uber Eats Uber Eats. Just missed their delivery call. Promptly phoned back but no reply initially, then a voice messages cautioning about details provided to 3rd parties then just no replies and eventually a recorded message that due to temporary difficulties the call could not be connected. The meals ordered were never delivered. Using Uber's support on their website was met with a reply that I am not entitled to a refund. No reasons given. No means of further seeking clarification that I can see. A big personal disappointment and a let down. This is the first and last time I will use Uber Eats. Plenty of other similar services capable of delivering without incidents.

Caller: Scammer He called telling me to pull over as he was from uber and they had received a complaint about me. Asked me for last 6 numbers of drivers licence. I said please identify yourself. Call dropped. I rang uber support to advise of my scammer suspicions who said no one had rang from there.

Rang in the late evening and didn’t leave a message. Suspect it’s a nuisance call.
