This company is Peakbound, who are telemarketers for Westpac. Very persistent and very annoying. Was thinking of closing my Westpac account, thank you for prompting me Westpac, I won't use your services again.

I don't want to receive unsolicited calls from this company.

The stupid thing is I do like getting information on new products from Westpac, new products can save you money or get you better returns! What I do not like is being called numerous times and then hung up on.
I called the company and am now on their do not call register, it didn't even take 2 minutes! So I urge you all to do the same and then write a quick complaint via the online form link on this page - http://www.westpac.com.au/contact-us/feedback-complaints/

Definitely an affiliated partner of Westpac or information sold to a third party by Westpac banking corporation....sales marketing calls very annoying

Calls about 2x daily, sometimes even late at night, i dont pick up as i dont accept random numbers. obviously it has been annoying others aswell.

Spam calling my mobile for the last few weeks. So annoying.

I get these calls regularly. Usually starts with a call with caller ID then followed by a Sydney or Melbourne number (this time being (02) 8999 9068). I never pick them up and as soon as they use an actual phone number they go on my blocked list.

One call a day for 2 weeks now, all around lunch time. They always hang up when I answer.

They call me every few months and for weeks, they harass my mobile. I don't answer them or any other number I don't know. The problem is all banks, lenders, insurance companies and even some Government departments sell your details to database companies who then on-sell it to telemarketers. No such thing as privacy anymore. I have now gone to the extreme of getting a prepaid junk phone to take all these calls. I give this number to everyone and they all call the phone which I know I can ignore as they are only telemarketers. When they get going, I can get up to 20 calls in a day from various phone numbers. I work, I cannot have that amount of interruption in my day. I am also going to move house and NOT update my details with anyone. I have a post office box where they can send their mail. Why do we have to hide and lie just to get privacy and peace?

I was relaxing on my lounge chair watching Home & Away after a hard day's work when I was rudely interrupted by some telemarketer who said they are from Westpac. Our banks should stick to looking after our savings instead of harassing me with pesty telemarketers. Shame on you Westpac!!!

I have gotten calls from this number 2 to 3 times a day for the last three months, everything I do to stop them doesn't work. SO FEED UP

You're correct, BT only offer Income Protection. This is their "Bill Payment Cover" which is an horrific policy and in no way whatsoever a substitute for income protection.

Although I locked this number in my reject list, it keeps calling me very frequently this 2 weeks. It is very annoying!!

I've talked to the people at westpac. This isn't westpac. Westpac doesn't offer income protection, BT does westpacs income protection. This is a scam
