Claiming to call on behalf of Anz
Had my first and last name
Long speel of how much money tey would give if accident happen death ect
Once told that I am a officer they quickly changed tone and hung up on me (02) 8999 9063 Was the number appearing on my screen when answering the call
I'm not a Anz user btw
My list of blocked numbers is growing.
I only answer cold calls to take their time an slow them down somewhat on calling others

They call and don't give me time to answer. Leave no message.

I've just started getting these after receiving life insurance brochure through the anz. Finally had the chance to answer the phone on a day off the they hung up on me.

Guys it's technically not ANZ. I think they've given our details to a subsidiary of theirs, Onepath, which sells life insurance (among other things).

Or it's a scam, because similar calls on a different number ended up asking for credit card details. Look up (02) 4899 8259 on this site.

I keep getting calls from this number too, I never answer.

Annoying anz as far as I can tell with an outbound sales call. You say no take me off the list, whatever it doesn't make a difference.

you block the number and like a virus a month or 2 later it starts again with another number.

Frustrating.

They've rung three times now and I told them the first time I wasn't interested. I'll be ringing to complain the next time they call!

They obviously don't get the message, even though i told them i have all the insurance i need through my insurance
