pick up the phone and theres nobody there

This company is super super super annoying....  despite all the apologetic postings by the boss, there still annoying

I got this call quite a few times since New Year, the person said he is the Suncorp staff, asked me do I have time  at the moment. I told them I'm on the way to work, he said we could talk next time. I think it's a bit weird.

The woman on the line claimed to be from Westpac, and wanted to speak to my wife. I couldn't get any useful info from her aside from "we wanted to send out some information via the post, and it didn't reach you".  Seemed dodgy, but could be legit. She was polite.
