This caller is (02) 8986 9400) annoying! No answer, and cannot be called back.

i think the number appears when the call is from abroad. it represnts an international dialing number.

well lets try and find the link?! im in Oz, Cairns..and recently activated the vodafone simcard about 5 hours ago?? its prob just telemarketers.lol but how they got my number when ive only JUST bought it is wierd..

somedays ago, my friend called me by his mobile phone in Vietnam to Brisbane. Meanwhile, this number came up sometimes. I missed it 3 times, and picked up 1, but no one answered. Today I missed another call twice start with 02... I have no idea with this

Just got a call from this number too.  though a few seconds later I got a phone call from a friend who lives overseas.  Thing is the first time it came through it was the 89849400 number then the second time it was just a silent number showing on my screen.

This is a VOIP gateway number used by many different VOIP services to route calls onto the main phone network.  Normally it comes up 'private' but yesterday I was called from our voip phone and that's the number that came up.Callers coming through this number could be anyone from private friends to international call centers.
