Caller: A male with an Indian or Phillipino accent

A male with a strong accent asking for someone who does not belong to my phone number accused me of registering my phone number and was quite persistent on talking to me even though I was not the person he was asking for. I ended up hanging up on him and telling him that I didn’t know him and he seems like a scammer
