Woman leaving a message, claiming to be from HSBC, and asking me to fill out a form and submit it to my local branch. The odd thing is that 10 days and two voicemails later I still haven't received any correspondence from HSBC. The other odd thing is that when I call the number, a recorded message advises the office is closed, yet I called two hours before the stated closing time.
It's probably legit as I am an HSBC customer, but I have no idea what they would be contacting me about.

Caller: HSBC I picked up the call without saying anything and the line was silent for a long time before the lady said hello? She said she was calling form HSCB and before getting started wanted to confirm my full name and date of birth. I hung up. Got an email a few minutes after from safeguard @ hsbc.com.au asking me to fill out some forms. The contact number they provided on the email was completely different to the one on the HSBC website.
