Does anyone know who is calling me from this number? She says her name is Vivian, and she's looking for a family member of mine but won't identify where she is calling from. It sounds fraudulent to me. If she was from a Government Agency, she would identify herself in my opinion.

I agree with this poster - I called Vivian and she would disclose who she was and i gave her a few choice words and believ you me I WILL FIND OUT WHO THE F&^% IT IS !!

Did you find out who she is?  She called me this morning looking for my exhusband & we've been seperated for 6 years and divorced for 4 years.  Guaranteed to be from a debt collection company, knowing my ex...ha!!  It would be interesting to know what company she is from?
