This is a quasi-scammer company who claim to have permission to use Care flights name. I'd be surprised if Care flight even gets 5-10% commission. Just block the number. They change numbers every few months so they will keep popping up. Makes me angry that someone somewhere provided my number in the first place

I called back number (02) 8917 0007 reached IVR for a company called Cape Life.

Will call several times a day but never leave a message. If the call is answered they hang up. Be wary or block the number.

Care Flight fund raiser

Heartily sick of these persistent pests who don't even have the common courtesy to speak when they butt into your home. Now that I see that they're known harassers, I'll block the number. (I can't block every single number from these lowlifes because my phone only stores 30 blocked numbers and I therefore have to unblock one in order to add another one. I need 500!)

Caller: Unity 4 on behalf of Heart Health

They ring and don't leave a message.
So I called back and there was a recorded message to say it's Unity 4 working on behalf of Heart Health and their raffle.

I have been contacted twice a day for last 2 weeks by this number. Left voicemails with no message

This number kept calling on my smart phone, then hanging up. So I called Telstra and they advised me to save the number, give it a name, example: 'fraud caller' then press the menu and press 'block number'. Problem solved.

Caller: Maybe Careflight

This is probably legitimate. Careflight Queensland changed its name to Lifeflight in 2016.

They call ALL the time, more than once a day.

My mobile doesn't even ring now - I just receive an annoying text message every day saying I have a "missed call from (02) 8917 0007". I have now set my phone to "hide alerts" from this number. Hopefully they'll go away!!

I think I got to 6 bears, but it borders on harrassment, they call so often. I have now blocked the number.

I have donated to CareFlight in the past.

Is it possible their database has been hacked by scammers without CareFlight knowing?
It seems very strange for a legitimate charity (which they are) to call someone and then hang up on them when they answer.

They hang up when you answer and when you call back they say they are Care Flight Australia. A few other charities seem to be using the same annoying tactic. Now I block any number that hangs up when I answer and if I want to donate to a charity I respond only to their snail mail, email or go directly to their website.

this is a blocked number on my mobile but they call every day about 9.30 am Being blocked it goes straight to voice mail but they never, ever leave a mesage

Care Flight is worth donating to,and I've bought 2 of their rather over-priced bears (which are really cute) but I'm a bit annoyed when their telemarketer calls me 3 times a day
