Called me. Seemed polite enough, asked about gambling, asked me about my location and wasn’t upset I didn’t want to answer and jumped to the other questions. Don’t think it’s a scam.

Picked up phone but caller just hung up. Number to be blocked.

I nicely asked the young man not to call as I have no use for this product? They stopped calling but only for a week or 2🤬

Seems like a survey: talking very fast like reading from a script.

annoying. Completely inappropriate time for marketing calls. Company appears legit as a social marketing survey company but really looks like they make their money data mining and selling your details to advertisers so you get further bombarded for more junk calls. From a privacy perspective I hate companies like this worse than if they were an actual scammer!

Didn’t answer my first call
The second call i was wasting his time and he said done pretty vile and rude things.
Don’t answer it’s a scam.

How did they get my mobile number??

they wanted to do a"leisure" survey, said they were doing it for a university. It was on my phone but my husband answered the call without using a name, however they called him by his first name! Unwisely he said total back the next evening.They called 2 days later in the afternoon. I didn't speak to thumbnut foolishly answered as I wanted to know how they obtained my husband's name. Now that I have checked this site their number is blocked. In future won't answer interstate calls, which I have never done before.

Caller: Some "Engine" representitive

"Totally legit" government survey line. They call you daily, you give them data, they have something to sell later.

Just block the number.

Hung up as soon as I answered

Market research company. Tried to block number but still receiving unwanted calls. Message says to put your number in and they will stop phoning. Didn’t do this as want to record my comments to them!

I have had a missed call each day for the last 4 days on my mobile phone, including a Saturday and Sunday. I did not answer as the only people in NSW that should be calling me would be identified by name when they call.

Caller: Market research company - Engine doing surveys for Tourism Australia

I got a call and caller explained what he was after. asked a few question, no personal information just some travel info. I didn't provide any personal info, just the suburb I live in and my past few travel info. Politely ended the call after receiving the information.

Hung up as soon as I answered. Repeatedly.

spam , marketing call. i made the. mistake of calling back

As I have a prepaid mobile number, this selling of data/numbers has to be the only way companies get my number.

Why then did they call me on a Saturday afternoon? I don't answer calls like this on weekends

They reckon they are from a university but didn't hear much more as I hung up they legit won't stop calling🙄
