Its Humm Collection

I have been receiving a lot of missed calls lately and thought this time that it may be a technician calling me back for NBN installation.

I answer and the line is silent, i try prompting whoever is on the phone incase they are not aware the call has been answered. Then i hear this woman say "hello" with the slightest hint of an indian accent. I kept trying to prompt but there was no response so i hung up.

I missed a call from (02) 8905 2517, when I called back I reached voicemail for Humm Collection

This number is driving me crazy. I am 58 and have multiple physical issues. For the past 2 weeks this number calls at all times of the day and night but only rings once or sometimes twice as a maximum which isn't even long enough for me to pick up my phone and answer. Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional if it is some sort of company or telemarketing.
