They don't listen
Posted on June 30, 2017 Caller type: Debt Collector Location: Australia
Having dealt with this company - they don't listen. I have asked numerous times for them not to call during working hours and to email me instead. They ring 6 times in one day then send an email after 5pm. My error was their fault - it's fixed - and they still keep trying to ring. Once this contract is up, I will never use them again

It is flexirent, they also have a very annoying habit of callin twice once straight after the other. It is extremely rude.

Caller: Humm Collection You answer, but no one speaks. After about 20 seconds a voicemail plays saying you've missed a call from Humm Collection. Don't even know who/what Humm Collection is. Must be a bunch of wankers the way I see it

Caller: Flexirent My account was in credit and they direct debited more than the monthly payment. They keep adding fees to my account and know are harassing me with numerous phone calls a day saying my account is overdue by $23. My statements haven't been updated since March. I requested a break down of the fees and my payments since March and my account is still not updated. I would advise everyone to call your bank and cancel the direct debits with flexirent and just pay it manually each month yourself. That way they can't charge you fees. This company keeps reinventing themselves so they can get away with treating people like this. Flexirent is no longer trading, they have re-branded themselves as Lisa.

Call repeatedly, and never anyone on the line when you answer. Regularly leave long silent voicemails. Consider this a form of harrassment.

Caller: flexirent These guys are the most incompetent company on the planet. every god damn month they call me to say my payment hasn't gone through, you cant update your details over the phone.. You have to fill out a form and email it to them.. From there a bunch of morons get the email and file it god knows where and it never updates. they can see the new details on file (the caller) but cant confirm its the one being used.. They say my payment has been declined (its 60 god damn dollars) and this account is an offset account i hold a big bunch of money in against the mortgage. I hate them so much that i have gotten to the point that i look forward to the calls. Every god damn month!!! man i hope they go out of business soon.. I am willing to bet money on it they will...

This has happened to me many months in a row. Did you successfully have it removed and your credit report corrected?

Caller: Flexigroup/Skye Mastercard I am a customer with a Skye Mastercard. They were returning a call about a credit report inquiry I made via email. They'd added a late payment to my credit report incorrectly (was two weeks late, should be 60 days late for them to make a report).

called three times in a row, I picked up the call twice and no one was on the line. Just blank, no sound or person. I've blocked the number

I don't have an account with them. They rang at 9pm at night and didn't identify themselves. Asked for a random male name before realising they were talking to a female then asked for me by name (don't know how they got my name and number). When asked who they were and why they were calling so late, they hung up. Completely inappropriate, unprofessionally nuisance call. I've blocked them and will never deal with this company.

Actually they can also be called Once Credit. Whom I have a card with but no desire to activate it but after nearly 12 months they keep calling.
You missed a call from (02) 8905 2505, who said "Hi Dominic this is Casey from Once Credit. Please call us back to activate your card. Quote reference no. ******' Bye bye." This message was provided by Telstra at no charge to you.
