I called back number (02) 8889 4022 reached IVR of a company called one flare an online marketplace.

I don't know how they got my mobile number, but they have been hounding me for the past 3 days - sending multiple txts in quick succession (including waking up to 6 txt messages received overnight), calling from multiple different mobile & landline numbers (all of which I block), leaving voice messages saying "Hi Christian" (my name isn't Christian)... and still the calls keep coming! Not only would I NEVER deal with this business (if it is even legitimate) - I'm wondering who I can lodge a Complaint to?

Yes, this is Oneflare. They are a web design job request company. I.E. You put your requirements into their site and you get quotes from number of web designers. That's what I did, so I expected calls from them.
