Caller: I don’t know

Called at 9pm, then called at 11am the next day. Called back because the identity said the call was coming from Blackburn VIC, first 5 seconds were silence before I heard a man with Indian accent say ‘hello! hello!’ from what sounded like a busy call centre. Hung up. The number has no registered user or business name.
