Yep, it's Woolworths about the insurance offer. I got a letter about a week ago, and it seems they're flogging the offer over the phone now too. They left me a voicemail. If I was interested surely I'd have called THEM! Not a happy Pappy.

If you have a late model mobile, heres what you can do. Program the offending number into your mobile so that when calls are received from it, they divert to another number. Yes you do have to pay the diversion cost, but divert it to some other muppets phone number...who cares where. Divert it back to the number they are calling from if you want. If you cant figure out how to do this on your phone, then answer the call and show interest...keep then talking and talking...and then at crunch time just tell them you are only 15 years old so need to check with mum and dad first. Wait and see if they call you again!!!

Register here: https://www.donotcall.gov.au/ and then in 30 days you're clear or able to lodge a formal complaint.

I LOVE the idea from Anon on 2 July 2012. Changing your phone number in their own system to their own number is classic. Brilliant! I think EVERYONE should that, what a scream.

They call me all the time and I'm on the do not call register and to make it worse they hang up every time I answer it so I save the number as don't answer lol
