Calling me back about a technical support ticket I logged with them.

I caled back number (02) 8883 8500 reached IVR of company LG electronics Australia.

Calling me back re: a warranty ticket I placed, which I in fact did place. They left a voicemail and asked me to call back via the 1300 number

Answered the call, but the line was silent. Rang back and got hold of LG Customer Support who weren't even aware that this 8883 8500 number belongs to them. They couldn't find a reason as to why I was being called. Perhaps a wrong number

Received 2 simultaneous texts from this number about my LG fridge, and asking me to ring a Customer Care helpline 1300 542 273. Also received a voice message in a foreign accent also asking me to ring back about my online service request. However my fridge is not an LG and works fine. Very likely a scam.

It was LG customer scare, calling at 5.30am WST....

This is the LG service centre. They will hang up as soon as you answer forcing you to call them back on a 1300 number. I’ve had to call them 3 times already.

They where told last time they had the wrong number and still they called again

you rang last week but you hang up i did not ring back it may have been a hoax call
