Played the directors voicemail back to me. Big Scam

Caller: 'Dowie'

'Dowie' called from the PH Group asking for the director, claimed that the director would know who it was (he had no idea), was regarding a 'meeting'. Big scam alert...

Caller: William

Said he was from PH group and had been speaking to someone who knows us who actually we've never dealt with or know!! This made me suspicious especially as fast talking and wanting to get information about the business.

Caller: Martin

Said he was from PH Group and I apparently spoke with him at the beginning of last year, but never did. Also said he was from Melbourne but gave NSW number and in fact the number that he called in from was 001111200

This is a scan call with illegal or unethic purposes.

Caller: Adam Jarvis

Rang our HQ office twice wanting to talk to me (Director). Tried ringing back and no answer. Seems very suspect. Haven't the time and patience for people/organisations like this.

Caller: Josh Brentnall

Called asking to speak with one of our Solicitors. When I asked what is was regarding he just said "Reid Family Law". When I asked for more information he just said "tell him it's Josh and he'll recognise my name". I asked if it was regarding a specific client or matter and all he gave me was "Reid Family Law is in Brookvale". Very sus

Caller: Dan

Dan rang from this number & asked for the owner of the business. Asked by receptionist what the call was about, couldnt tell her. Receptionist rang back as Dan mentioned another business we worked with, was told Dan would pick up the phone as this was his private number. Nope, someone else answered the phone but still couldnt tell us what the call was about. Beware, probably a scam.

Caller: Martin- left message

PH Group apparently.. Another person picked up the call- claimed to be downstairs reception. Couldn't tell me what PH Group did, claimed to be 3rd party and had no knowledge at all. I just hung up

Rang and I ignored it, rang again answered and he asked for Nathan and said they had talked to Nathan on my number not long ago.
No than here and I’ve had my number for years

Received call from this number..didn't recognize so let go to message bank..no message left (surprise, surprise)....then 10 minutes later get another call from private number..this time they hung up before getting to message bank

I called back number (02) 8880 0477 reached IVR for a company called 10 Markets.

Received the same message as citizin....... James Appleton.. YES a scam.. please do not respond...yes and the police will arrest you.. not normal from ATO... very suspicious

Absolute scam, "James Appleton" from the "ato" with a new number. Do not respond. Trigger warning is not knowing the names of the householders.
