Caller: Unidentified - solar panel offer

They called my work mobile twice in two days, asking to speak with "homeowner". Did not identify where they were calling from. Subcontinental accent. Most recently I asked who he was trying to call and he said, "I told you, home owner; are you deaf or something?", and hung up. Seems like a scam.
