Caller: Samsung Called to get feedback on the experience we had with getting a Samsung product repaired. Call was fine until we said to give a low score, then they magically couldn't hear anything and hung up the call.

No connection when I attempted to phone back. Call appears to be from Parramatta, NSW, Australia. I received this missed call after making banking and financial information searches online. Appears to be an unsolicited nuisance call.

Caller: Female with thick Indian accent Call relates to my recent repair at Samsung Shop. asking for feed back for the service but didn't appear to be from Samsung. She kept asking me if I have received a sms or email from "Mobile House". She's polite but hard to understand. I wonder if Samsung offload their repairs to a third party now....

After 10min finally told me that he was calling from Manila on behalf of “central Australia” but with his accent he may have been saying Samsung Australia. But honestly I don’t know. I was having to much fun .

I have never had anything to do with Samsung but the caller had a lot of my details that they wanted to confirm. The details were wrong anyway. Scam!

Caller: Samsung Services I started having calls from this number the next business day after I sending in a Samsung phone to Samsung's authorised repair centre. I skipped it on the first 2 days, and picked up the call on the 5th day. The caller identified himself as from Samsung Australia and called my name, and wanted to do a survey about my "recent experience with service of Samsung". Sounds legit. Since my phone is still with the repair centre waiting for parts, I've asked them call me again after 2 weeks.

The caller left a rambling voicemail message at about 3.44 pm on 22 July 2024. It was a female voice with a foreign accent at low volume which I was not able to fully understand. If it is Samsung, this staff member should be sacked forthwith. Almost certainly a scam call.

Caller: Samsung Genuine call from Samsung Enterprise Services. Wasn't expecting it as I had had an email earlier in the day. But it was all above board. Not a scam.

Caller: Samsung Retention Team Legitimate call from Samsung.
Used my name for the Samsung Business Digital Portal that I have with my job. I take it Samsung is doing this to increase their quarterly earnings.

Started receiving calls everyday from this number after getting my phone repaired from samsung warranty. Assuming it's marketing trying to upsell stuff. Blocked as they only call for 2 rings and is a nuisance at this point.

Received a call from (02) 8840 2144 claiming from Samsung about the promotion etc.. she refused to disclose her full name, she sounds like from the Philippines or India.

I have missed a couple of calls from this number that is meant to be "Samsung Electronics Australia". I picked up the third time they called me but there was just silence and they hung up eventually.
