I keep getting missed calls from these 02 numbers then starting with 8.....when I have answered there is no one there. When I tried calling back the number goes no where. I have blocked all the numbers that have called but it keeps happening from new numbers starting with 02 8.... I'm sure it must be some sort of scam.
