Rochelle called one of our PWP-NSW registered enquiry numbers today to find out about joining PWP or SSP a single parent charity organisation. She might have called the Hills area number of 9634 7502 or 9833 2633. I don't know which one because we have 4 numbers directed to my landline for people to call from all areas around Sydney. I forgot to ask her her her phone number, she gave me her email address but somehow I've not wriiten the email address down correctly, so I can't call her back to correct the email address nor can I send an email as I've tried 5 different variations of the email she gave me. I'm stuck if I can't call her back. I'm connected to my phone line using Optus as my provider, but I would assume that its Telstra connected phone line. Do you think that Optus would be able to track down her incoming call and number? Or because she called through a redirected Telstra number that I could ask Telstra to search for her number via their records?? Who knows ? I'm open to any suggestions to get Rochelle's phone number, just so I don't let her down by not sending her the PWP-SSP Membership Info Pack as I promised.
