Wanting me to buy tickets to a car raffle, two calls in two minutes from different numbers but same people

annoying

I refuse to call back as I am not paying for a telemarketing or scam call.

I will never donate to arseholes over the phone and now I will never donate to the rural fire service full stop

called, no message left... no idea who it is but not calling back. have had multiple calls from this number, same deal. hunt up before I could answer and no message left

harassed by rural fire service 4 over 3odd years by this pH no (02) 8823 3003, and numerous other pH numbers .they always know my name, i have a silent land line, telstra, and im lead 2 believe that telstra sell customers phone numbers to cold canvass contract companies

called me at 9am - no message left

Calls and hangs up.... It's not enough to bug the f**k out of you but they want you to pay for it as well. Never called back so don't know what it was exactly although the comments here give a pretty good indication.

rural fire service...said hello 3 times before he responded

With reference to this silent number my mobile phone rings , answer the call by pressing the green button.
No answer when you pick up.
All you receive is silence on answer and after a couple of seconds the phone disconnects at other end.
Press red button on mobile phone to make sure the call is terminated.
Received a call from this unknown source 3 times as counted on the 8th Feb 2018.
A robot number tester or possibly a call centre?
Anyone have any ideas?

Nuisance - answer the call and they just hang up grrr

Yet another overseas marketing "implying" they're from Telstra and wanting to change Phone services. They seem to know details and yet they are NOT Telstra.
Makes you wonder how much money Telstra itself makes from selling the information to start with?
